The Lee Harrington workshop is going well. Registrations are coming in and I think it is going to be a REALLY outstanding group of people who show up. There are still seats available. I’m hoping the all get snapped up by as many people from my home town as possible. It will make for a nicely

As one can see from the updates below, what’s is on my mind most these days is the state of the arts here in BC. The government is holding back on gaming funds and non-profits from every sector are waiting to see how bad the damage is going to be. It’s not pretty. I’ve been enjoying being an artistic queer this past month and I see all of that as being in jeopardy.

• Vancouver’s TABOO Sex Show – normally held in January – is moving to November 5-8, 2009 to avoid competition for venues during the Olympics.
