Coming together at last!

Yee Haw!

This has been a been an on again off again labour for a looong time. It’s been a love/hate gathering of writing from all over the web. It was prompted, in part, by someone asking about a post I had written back in the day. Did I still have that? So I went searching and learned that if you write online then those posts eventually get archived and they disappear FOR. EVER.

This made me unhappy. So I went on a mission to repatriate my words form across the net. To bring them home and love them like they deserved. Foolish me…

My Twitterings show up on my Facebook status and on my blog. I’ve thought about them showing on my LiveJournal, but it seems complicated and I don’t think I care that much. Especially when I want to focus my attention on this space. My blog will, however, update my LJ but it will do that eventually. In the meantime I’m updating all my online signatures and identities to include my blog address. It’s a good thing. Down the road is the addition of social bookmarking for visitors and RSS feeds.

The actual painting and decorating is still a little ways away.

In the meantime, I’m constructing like mad. Have *most* of my content from days gone by installed. There are some major pieces left to go (mostly on Race)and there are about 25 in draft form that need some serious polish before they go live. What I find frustrating is that there are whole swaths of kinky writing that I have done over the years that has disappeared into nothingness. SO frustrating. but I’m determined to go through the boards and forums of where I have haunted in the past to bring it all together. I’m convinced that there is a book and several classes in all that material. And Mama does NOT want to re-invent the wheel.

I had no idea until I put my 2008 together, just how much I had accomplished last year. I’m considering going back in time to see what other years look like. Methinks I’ll just be shocked.

Still need to do an about me page of some kind. You know… a pic or two and some text. Maybe from my standard online profile? Naw… Needs to be a bit more fresh than that.

Would like to add a whole section that is a library with links to amazon. Yo know: Book covers, titles/authors and maybe 150 words of thought about it.

I’d also like to do a project page where I can put the various bits that I’m working on. Or maybe one for Canadian Mayhem (and Bide of Pride parties) and one for my b-day parties and the D/s Dinner/salons? I don’t know…
